Return / Exchange Policy
We hope you love what you've ordered! However if for any reason you do not wish to keep your item(s) please follow the steps below to return within thirty (30) days of the shipping date. A shipping and handling fee of $8.00 USD will be deducted from your total refund automatically.

Return / Exchange process
For the item(s) you wish to return, simply fill out a return request form below, providing your: order# & reason for return.
Once your request has been successfully submitted to us, you will get a confirmation email of the RA# and a return shipping label. (Please allow 24 hours for our team to process the RA.)

Place the item(s) and your RA form into the packaging that your order arrived in. Attach the pre-paid shipping label to outside of your sealed package, and drop off at the nearest shipping location.

If you wish to use your own shipping method, please mention in the return request.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed in the original condition, with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet these criteria. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you request an item for exchange, your items are not guaranteed in stock and will only be reserved for you once your return items have been dropped off & scanned at your shipping carrier.

For international returns outside of the US, return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer exchanges at this time for international orders.

Once we receive your package, we'll issue your refund within 5-10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once the return process is complete. Please note that goods need to be returned in original condition, and with all their original tags to qualify for a refund.
